We want you to be delighted with your flowers! If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the product.
We will review your concern and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if the product is not delivered as promised or is damaged upon arrival.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days after approval.

Delivery Areas

We deliver within an 8-10 mile radius of our shop, located in zip code 33018.
If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Times

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next business day.
We cannot guarantee specific delivery times, but we do our best to accommodate requests.

Delivery Fees

A delivery fee of $14.95 applies to all orders within our immediate delivery area (within 2-4 miles of zip code 33018).
For deliveries outside this area, additional fees may apply. Please contact us for a quote if your delivery address is further away.

Recipient Information

Please provide accurate delivery information, including recipient name, address, and phone number.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place or contact the recipient to arrange redelivery.
